SALES ENGINEER
Responsibilities

• The sales revenue and sale’s margin results for the Electrical products in Indonesia.
• Understanding the need from customers and be able to relate the need to company’s products and offerings.
• Working in conjunction with product managers, to ensure customer satisfaction and complete exposure to current product lines and identification of new business opportunities.
• Must have strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills as well as an excellent understanding of products and target markets in Indonesia.
• Have the ability to analyze customer needs and identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling product features/benefits/proof and be able to conduct presentation to customers.
• Perform sales forecast and drives progress to meet quarterly and annual business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share.
• Plans, organizes and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial and budgetary goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent with at least 8 years of sales experience and proven track record in project management
• Channel Management & Management Skills
• Effective planning, organizing, leading and performance evaluation skills
• Sound product, application knowledge – Electrical product
• Established good contacts & good market knowledge in Oil & Gas, Power/Utility sectors
• Good command of English, in spoken and written
