PT Menara Kadin Indonesia, a consulting firm which specializes in strategic performance management and human resources development, is seeking candidates for the following position and requirements:
JUNIOR CONSULTANT
General Requirements:
Female, age 28 – 35 years old
Minimum S1 Degree (any discipline)
1 – 3 years experience in HR Consultant or HR Unit in a company
Hardworking person, honest, loyal, and creative
Competency Requirement:
Strong willingness to learn new things
Familiar with developing program or project proposals
Have knowledge at HR Management Principles
High resilience & tenacity
Computer literate for Ms. Office, particularly Power Point & Excel
Strong presentation skill
Good communication, both in Indonesia and English
Involvement in OD & HR Management Projects is an advantage
