Technical Assistance for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the Support for Poor and Disadvantaged Areas (SPADA) Program
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Government of Indonesia has received grant through The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) / International Development Association (IDA) acting as administrator as grants fund provided by The Department for International Development (DfID), and intends to apply of the proceeds this grant the payment under The Post Review contract for the following consultancy service :
Study on SPADA/ P2DTK Acceptance and Effectiveness Level Throught EIRR Analysis and Client’s Satisfaction Survey at Simeuleu of NAD Province, Alor and Flores Timor of NTT Province.
The main objective of this study is to provide in-depth information of client’s satisfaction and EIRR value toward Monitoring and Evaluation activities results, especially the information and inputs regarding policy program review of SPADA/P2DTK implementation from perspectives of decentralization, participatory planning, public services, and peace building and conflict resolution. Duration of contract will be approximately in 3 months
The PMU SPADA Bappenas, now invite eligible Consulting Company/ NGO/ University/ Research Institution to indicate their interest in providing such services.
Interest firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brouchures, description or experience in similar assignments in last 7 years, availability of appropriate skill among staff, etc). A consultant will be selected in accordance with the CQS procedures set out The World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, revised October 2006.
