GEN. SUPERINTENDENT MARINEOPERATION
THE POSITION
The incumbent will report to Port & Marine Operation Manager which responsible to develop, set up manage and direct business development planscost savings program and continuous improvementplans within the Marine organization to achieve and provide high quality services to PTFI / KPI and privatized partners. Alt to be done at competitive rates and reasonable schedules with a high degree of safety and in compliance with Freeport s environmental policies
THE QUALIFICATION
Hold valid certificate of competency-ANT 1 or the equivalent of the International Master Mariner Class 1 Certification with at least 10 years experience in executive Marine and Port Operation Business and at least 5 years as Ocean Going Deck Officer/Master.
Must have a broad, practical and extensive knowledge in managing of all aspects of the Marine and Port Industry which involving more than 350 employees, including legal affairs, charter parties, ISM & ISPS Code Practices, Marine Fleet & Port Facility Maintenance, Stevedoring & Container Terminal Operation, Sea & In-land Transportation Operation, and be up to date with the latest technological and administrative developments in the Maritime Industry Has a proven track record in achieving results through planning and execution of well prepared plans and strategies including financial and engineering economics
Conversant with Maritime and Mining Safety Standard and practices
Conversant with Indonesian as well as International Maritime Rules and Regulation (ISM, SOLAS, and ISPS Code)
Good communication skill and fluent in English for both oral and written
Computer literate in using Microsoft office (word, excel, power point) and marine operation related software

HEAVY DUTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL EXPERT
THE POSITION
The incumbent will report to Levee Maintenance Superintendent which responsible to directs supervises and coordinates the work activities of Levee field & shop maintenance crews engaged in maintaining repairing and rebuilding Levee equipment Works together will levee field & Shop maintenance personnel to analyze and conduct fault finding procedures to solve equipment failures / problems that arise in the field To monitor and observe maintenance practices and performance and implement corrective and preventive measures that will prolong the service life of components to maximize equipment availability
THE QUALIFICATION
Directs, Manages and Coordinates the work activities of Vendors engaged in maintaining, repairing, and reconditioning Levee field equipment pieces.
Works together and confers with the Levee Equipment Maintenance Superintendent, Levee Equipment Maintenance Field and Shop crew, Equipment Vendors concerning repairs, maintenance and issues relating to Levee equipment pieces
Establish strategic and tactical planning of field resources for optimization of Levee equipment.
To ensure all maintenance procedures and Levee equipment is in compliance to Health, Environment and Safety regulations at all times
To ensure all maintenance Key Performance Indicatorsare being achieved, to maximize equipment availability in the field of operations
To ensure OEM standard workshop practices are being followed and the procurement and installation of spare parts and replacement components are in accordance with OEM standards
To ensure all spare parts / component procurement procedures are being adhered to as per company guidelines
To ensure all OEM Maintenance Subcontractors follow client s procedures relating to Field & Shop maintenance procedures
